Field Hockey Club
Teams
At UPRISE Field Hockey Club, we provide teams of four different age groups (U12, U14, U16, and U19) that will participate in year-round practices. There are two main seasons that UPRISE has competitive teams for. The first is the winter season, which runs from December to March. The winter season is mainly indoor hockey. However, there are some outdoor tournaments in the winter that we may participate in. The other season starts in the spring and goes into the summer. That season typically begins in early April and lasts until to the end of July. During this season, we practice outdoors.
