Field Hockey Club

​U8 & U10  Spring  Division

UPRISE Field Hockey Club will run an

Under 8 and Under 10 indoor division during the 2026 Spring Season.

Players eligible for the Under 8/10 division must have been born after July 31, 2015. 

To participate, all members must be USFHA members for insurance purposes. 

If you are not a member, please go to usafieldhockey.com and become a member. When you complete the USFHA membership information, please select UPRISE FHC as your affiliated club. 

All Under 8 and Under 10 participating players must have shin guards, a mouthguard and a field hockey stick for all practices.

Please complete all of the information on the Google form. 

Payments can be made via Venmo or by personal check.

When making a payment through Venmo to @DHeilig,

please include your daughter's name in the 'reason for payment' section.  
If paying by check, please make the check payable to Danyle Heilig and mail the payment to Danyle Heilig505 Sentinel Rd Moorestown, NJ   08057.  

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
